ResourcePath is a privacy-first talent platform operated by Danatatek Private Limited. Members register a profile, organizations post openings, and an explainable matching engine connects the two — with your consent and under your control.
Every profile is filed into a discipline — Engineering, Design, Data & AI, Product, Operations, and more — by an on-platform categorizer you can override at any time. Openings and profiles are then scored against each other with a transparent, vector-style relevance score, so every match shows you why it matched. There is no black box.
Privacy is built into the architecture. A plain-language notice explains what we process, why, and on what legal basis — aligned with India's DPDP Act, 2023, and the EU/UK GDPR. You can export everything we hold about you as portable JSON in one click, request erasure at any time, and set your profile's visibility to public, members-only, or private.
Members and organizations require email verification and a yearly subscription to appear in search or post openings. Pricing follows your search scope: local to India in Indian Rupees, Europe in Euros, and the USA or global in US Dollars. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
